Different types of Intraoral scanners

There are several dental intra scanners on the market including:

1. Trios, 3Shape
2. Sirona, Cerec
3. Itero Element 2
4. Planmeca® Emerald Scanner
5. 3M Tru def
6. Carestream

After careful consideration and research, Dr Manara selected the scanner made by 3Shape which he purchased in Autumn 2016.  Since then he upgraded to a wifi version which has allowed greater flexibility.  If you are considering a 3d scanner for your practice he would be very happy to share his experiences.  Just get in touch.
