Uncertainty in the aesthetic zone, an implant perspective

Eoin graduated from Trinity College Dublin and the Dublin Dental Hospital in 1991. After 4 years in General Dental Practice he started his specialist training at the Eastman Dental Institute. As part of his training he received an M.Sc. in Conservation Dentistry, with Distinction. He was made a member of the Faculty of Dentistry of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. He is registered as a Specialist in Prosthodontics by the General Dental Council. In 1997 on completing his training he was invited to stay on at the Eastman as a lecturer, which he continues to do on a part time basis. In 1999 he joined the Number 8 Partnership in Lower Sloane Street, from where he runs his referral practice.  He is actively involved with the ITI . The aim of this presentation is to review the some of developing literature and to share with you the approaches that I have adopted over the last 15 years for managing implants in the aesthetic zone.  At the end of this presentation the delegates will be aware of the predictability of different approaches to managing dental implants in the Aesthetic zone. They will be aware of a method of sequencing  and timing implant treatment that gives highly predictable outcomes.
