Communication

Booking terms

Booking made for our events are not transferable.

Cancellations have to be made by email to StudyClub@londonorthodontics.com with Cancellation in the subject explaining which event it refers to. It is your responsibility to ensure that we have received your request. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours please contact us again.

Cancellations up to three full working days will result in a £5 admin fee being deducted. After that no refunds can be made.

Refunds when due will be made my cheque usually after the event.
