Incognito® (previously iBraces in the USA), Win® and and Harmony® orthodontic braces are a relatively new generation of lingual orthodontic braces for teenagers and adults.  Only Orthodontic Specialists are allowed to use these brace systems by the respective companies.

They are among a few fully customised lingual braces on the market today. They are manufactured using state-of-the-art CAD/CAM technology and rapid prototyping machines.  What this means is that they can control the movement of your teeth more accurately.   They are effectively 3D brackets.  Simple lingual braces are heavily promoted but are usually just 2D brackets which means they cannot fully control the movement of your teeth.
